Enrolment Procedure
Thank you for choosing to enrol your child in our school.
Admission is subject to approval following this process:
- Complete an application form online, providing all relevant supporting documents (listed below).
- Attend an interview with the School Principal (Pre-Kindy to Year 6 applicants)
- Pay non-refundable enrolment deposit (for all new students on acceptance of enrolment).
*Please note: Places in the Pre-Kindy and Kindergarten classes are limited. Once these classes are full, all new enrolments will be placed on a waiting list.
Documentation
You will need to supply copies of all the following documents to support your application:
- Birth Certificate
- Passport and Visa (for Local and International students)
- Most recent School reports (where applicable)
- Immunisation Certificates
- Legal documents relating to special family arrangements i.e. family court orders, AVOs
- Specialist reports relating to special needs, learning disabilities and/or behavioural difficulties
Fees
Tuition Fees represent approximately one-third of the cost of educating each child. The remaining two-thirds is met by a combination of Commonwealth and State recurrent grants and allocations from the Seventh-day Adventist churches in the Greater Sydney area.
Tuition Fees for 2023
Pre-Kindy: $62.50 per day (discounts not available)
Consumables Fee: $155 per term
Years K – 6:
1 child ~ $5 970 per year
Consumables Fee: $760 per child per year.
This includes the cost of all textbooks, stationery, sport - swimming, athletics and gymnastics, excursions, computers, Ipads and photocopying, Mathletics, Reading Eggs, Phonics Hero for English, Seesaw, Music and student Insurance.
Home & School Association - $110 per year
Overseas Students:
1 child ~ Years K – 6 ~ $17 440 per year (discounts not available)
Consumables Fee: $760
Administration Fee: $860

Private Bus Transport:
$1400 per year, per child
($1200 per year, if living within the suburb of HURSTVILLE)
Discounts:
Prompt payment of term fees: 2.5%
Family discounts will be applied to any family where two or more children are attending:
Two children: 15%
Three children: 30%
Four children: 40%
Fifth and subsequent children: free

Special Cases:
A small number of places are available for students whose parents cannot meet the total cost of fees. The terms of admission of children in these circumstances are entirely at the discretion of the School Management Committee.
Fee Payment Methods
Payment at a Westpac Branch
If you are making a payment into the school bank account at a Westpac branch, please call our accounts department to advise them of the amount and the branch where you made the payment.
Payment via Internet Banking
If paying fees via internet banking, please add your family code (at the bottom of your fee statement) or your child’s first and last name in the description to ensure that your fee payments go to the correct account.
