Enrolling at Hurstville Adventist School

We welcome enrolment applications at any time during the year; however, recommend that interested families apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please note that many of our grades fill up months in advance.

If you’re not quite ready to submit an enrolment application, we offer families the opportunity to book a tour to see the thriving school campus for yourself. An immediate start can also be arranged if places are available. Enquire now to determine availability.

Enrolment Procedure

Enrolling is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

Step One - Application

Complete an application form online with all relevant supporting documentation.

Step Two - Interview

Your family will be invited to visit the school and attend an interview with the School Principals.

Step Three – Offer and Acceptance

An offer will be sent to successful families. Acceptance of placement must be confirmed by families along with a non-refundable enrolment deposit within two weeks of the letter of offer being issued.

*Please note: Places are limited. Once classes are full, all new enrolments will be placed on a waiting list.

Documentation for Enrolment Application

You will need to supply copies of all the following documents to support your application:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Passport and Visa (for Local and International students)
  • Most recent School reports (where applicable)
  • Immunisation Certificates
  • Legal documents relating to special family arrangements i.e. family court orders, AVOs
  • Specialist reports

Fees

Tuition Fees represent approximately one-third of the cost of educating each child. The remaining two-thirds is met by a combination of Commonwealth and State recurrent grants and allocations from the Seventh-day Adventist churches in the Greater Sydney area.

Fee Payment Methods

Payment at a Westpac Branch

If you are making a payment into the school bank account at a Westpac branch, please call our Accounts Department to advise them of the amount and the branch where you made the payment.

Payment via Internet Banking

If paying fees via internet banking, please add your family code (at the bottom of your fee statement) or your child’s first and last name in the description to ensure that your fee payments go to the correct account.
